To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit equivalent to one night’s tariff is required.

Cancellation Policy: Early departures and no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

We accept cash, Visa, and Mastercard.

Check-ins:

Our standard check-in time is 12:00 noon. However, we understand that flights into Rarotonga often arrive at inconvenient hours.

Rest assured; your room will be ready upon your arrival. Early check-ins are subject to availability and can only be confirmed one day before your arrival.

Check-out:

Our standard check-out time is 10:00 am on the morning of your departure.

Late check-outs are subject to availability and can only be confirmed during your stay.
