Terms:

A non-refundable deposit (of one night´s tariff) is required for confirmation of booking.
*Family Studios - the nightly tariff covers two adults and two children under 12 years.
Additional children over 12 years and additional adults are an extra $20 per night (each)
Prices quoted are in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$).
Payments in cash or we accept Visa and Mastercard.

Check-ins :

Normal check in time is 12:00 (noon) but as the flights into Rarotonga arrive at unsociable hours,
your room will be available on your arrival. If you require early check-in the rates are as follows:
1. Prior to midnight is one whole night´s tariff
2. Midnight to 06:00 am is half the nightly tariff
3. 06:00 am to midday (noon) is NZ$50

Check-outs :

Check-out is 10:00 am on the morning of departure. Should you wish to retain your room until your
departure time the following rates apply:
1. 10:00 am to 06:00 pm is NZ$50
2. 6:00 pm to midnight is half the nightly tariff
3. After midnight is one whole night´s tariff

Transfers :

Airport transfers are $15.00 per person each way (under 12 years FOC)
